I was disappointed with my experience at Sanctuary. While they offer various services, the execution falls short. The website is confusing, making it difficult to find relevant information quickly. Customer support is often unresponsive, leaving tenants frustrated when repairs are needed. It feels like they're more focused on expanding than actually improving the living conditions for current residents. Overall, I expected more from such a prominent housing association.
