I needed help reloading my travel money card for a trip, but their customer service was unavailable during posted hours. The online process was confusing, and I ended up without funds when I arrived abroad. Disappointing experience.

I found Travelex to be disappointing. Their rates were higher than expected, and the customer service was unhelpful. I would not recommend using them.

Awful customer service and exchange rates; it’s better to go elsewhere for currency.
