I recently purchased from Versaley, hoping for high-quality men's underwear, but I was left disappointed. While they claim to offer premium comfort, I found the fit to be inconsistent and the fabric less soft than advertised. Additionally, the customer service was lacking when I reached out with questions. The website's aesthetics might be appealing, but it doesn't compensate for the overall experience. I expected more from a brand that promotes confidence and luxury; unfortunately, I won't be returning for future purchases.
