I had high hopes for Ashley Furniture, but my experience was disappointing. The promotional offers sounded appealing, but the fine print was overwhelming and misleading. I ended up paying much more than expected due to hidden fees and high interest rates. Customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful when I sought clarification on my financing terms. The furniture itself was mediocre in quality, which makes their prices feel unjustifiable. Overall, I regret my purchase and won't be returning to Ashley Furniture anytime soon.
