My experience with Debt Recovery Plus was frustrating. Their way of dealing with parking charge notices felt aggressive and lacking in helpfulness. The messages were confusing, and the pressure to pay straight away felt pushy instead of supportive. I was disappointed by their customer service, which seemed more focused on making money than genuinely helping people facing parking fines. I wouldn’t recommend them.
