Xolphin's customer service is lacking, and I experienced delays in my certificate delivery despite their promises of quick processing. Disappointing.

I had high expectations from Xolphin, but my experience was quite disappointing. Their customer service was unresponsive when I needed assistance with my SSL certificate. Additionally, the promised quick delivery fell flat as I faced delays in receiving my certificate. While the website claims to prioritize safety and professionalism, my experience felt rushed and lacking in support. I expected more from a service that boasts about having 50,000 customers and five-star ratings.

My experience with Xolphin was frustrating. Their support wasn’t helpful, and getting the certificate took longer than I expected.
